Biagio "Gino" Iannaggi
BIAGIO “GINO” IANNAGGI, age 77; beloved husband of Elga (nee Costanzo) for 55 years; loving father of Frankie (Lauren Iannaggi), Vincent (Scott), and Gino (Joanna); cherished nonno of Kirsten, Antonia, Frankie, Enzo, and Gianna. Gino was a proud Navy veteran, having served in the Vietnam War. He worked as a millwright at Ford Motor Company for 35 years, retiring in 2005. He was always willing to help and had a solution to every problem. He was the definition of “Mr. Fix It”. Gino was a fierce protector of his family - nothing was more important to him. He was an amazing provider and an honorable man.

Simone Stavole
Simone was a long time member of the club and one that contributed; commentary at our monthly meetings on various topics, was Santa Claus for many years and brought his boom box and cassettes to our outdoor events so we can enjoy Italian music.

Giuseppe Coreno
Our sincerest condolences to the Coreno family on the passing of Giuseppe Coreno (Member of the CIAC). Prayers going out to the family that they are surrounded by much love and memories and that their faith will give them the strength in this sad time.

Maria Belmonte
Maria Belmonte, age 92. Devoted wife of Antonio (deceased). Beloved mother of Arthur, Josephine (Crescenzo) Parente, Albert (Beth), Antoinette (Donald) Vath, Tony (Patty), Maria (Kenneth) Firman. Loving Nonna of 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Dearest sister of Rose (deceased) (Antonio) Ruggiero and Francesca (Tomasino) Costanzo. Dearest Aunt, cousin and friend of many. Maria, who was a very humble woman, was respected as a living Saint at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. She dedicated so much of her time cooking in our school cafeteria and over 40 years of making her famous Italian Spaghetti Sauce and Meatballs for every event we had including our famous festival. Be it known that Maria volunteered in our kitchen until she was 90 years old. In 2016, she received an award from the City of Cleveland for Ward 15 Senior of the Year. Maria also was awarded for the best Italian Meatballs from The Taste of Cleveland. We were all blessed to have her as part of our Parish Community. Maria was a noble woman who dedicated her life to her family leaving behind a beautiful legacy. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Member of Sacred Heart Sodality. Age 86. Born September 5, 1936, passed away September 12, 2022. Beloved husband of 59 years to the late Beverly Ann (nee Bellomo). Loving father of Guy, Anthony D., Beth Adams (Rick) and Vincent. Adoring grandfather of Alexandra and Casey. Preceded in death by his parents Louis and Josephine (nee Giurbino). Cherished brother of Patrick (deceased), Josephine (Jaye) Hubbard, and Louis (Barbara). Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Held many positions and established lifelong friendships with countless co-workers over a 42 year career at the Federal Reserve Bank. Staff Sergeant US Army. Rosamaria was the current Information Secretary, the former Secretary, dedicated member and part of the Social Committee. She always put in so much of “her energy” into every event.

Nino Gargano
The Officers and members of Circolo Italo Americano Corenese express our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of the Most Honorable Nino Gargano who passed away suddenly on June 2, 2016. Signore Gargano had been the Mayor of Coreno from 1999 to 2009. Previously, he was the Vice-Mayor of the city and a member of the Democratic Party. He was a Chartered Accountant, and most recently was the General Manager of the Consorzio Industriale del Lazio. His passing has left a huge hole in the community in which he was raised and lived his entire life. We are extremely sorry on his passing.
Francesca Divito
On September 17, 2010, Francesca Divito will be celebrating her 100th birthday. She will be the oldest Corenese living in Cleveland, Ohio. Above you will see a picture of her taken in 1925 along with one taken recently. CIAC along with the entire Corense community wish her a very blessed buon compleanno. Cesare Fini
It is with a heavy heart that we advise of the passing of Cesare Fini, the father of our member Pat Fini. He passed suddenly on September 27, 2009. Our prayers and sympathy go out to the entire Fini family on their loss. May God bless them with the strength and courage to get through this difficult time.
Cesare, age 70, passed away suddenly September 27, 2009. He was the beloved husband of 51 years to Anna. Dearest son of Adele and the late Raniero. Loving father to Vince(Dana), Ron(Paula), Pat(Antoniette), and Franco(Rosie). He was the proud grandfather of Danamarie, Cristina, Anita, John, Dominic, Carmen, Vincent, Gabriel, Roman, Nicolas, and Rafael. He was the dearest brother of the late Angelo(Rosalinda). Dear brother-in-law of Guido(Jean) and Luciano(Margaret). Dear son-in-law of the Pasquale and Enrica. Cesare is also survived by 12 cherished nieces and nephews. He was the Co-founder of the Fini Company, Inc., construction company. Cesare was a proud family man and his life revolved around doing things for his family. One of his proudest moments was celebrating his 50th anniversary with his wife Anna in 2008. He also took great pride in having earned his high school equivalency diploma in 2007, a life long goal.
